Heather is a specialist in financial aid modeling and has been involved with EMFASYS since its inception. Prior to joining Maguire Associates in 1998, she served as project manager at Research Communications, Ltd., and was an undergraduate and graduate instructor in psychology. Heather holds a bachelor’s from Williams College and a master’s and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
