Qin joined our staff in 2007 and is involved in the management of data collection, processing and analysis of data, and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations. Qin received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Harbin University of Science and Technology and two master's degrees from the University of Maine in electrical engineering and business administration.
