Maguire Associates worked with a mid-sized, religiously-affiliated university in the Midwest to develop an institutional aid packaging strategy that would increase enrollment and revenue while improving academic quality and gender balance.

Through individual awarding, we administered the chosen plan and simultaneously achieved all four institutional goals:

  • An 11% increase in enrollment.
  • A $2 million increase in Net Total Revenue.
