As a senior member of the enrollment management predictive modeling team since 2009, Tom is involved with building models, preparing strategic trade-off scenarios, and executing institutional grant awarding for our clients. A trained social studies teacher, Tom also oversees the training of newly hired modeling analysts. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s in educational research, measurement, and evaluation from Boston College. Most recently, Tom has worked as the lead analyst on modeling projects for the University of Saint Thomas, Dean College, Regis College, The New School, Mercyhurst College, Iona College, Bellarmine University, University of Hartford, Saint Anselm College, Canisius College, Indiana State University and Framingham State University, among others.
